Your Baby

We know you want to do what you can to make it easier for you and your baby to have a healthy pregnancy.

Pregnancy can be a stressful time.  Your mental health is as important as your physical health.

Research shows that pregnant women suffering from depression or anxiety are more likely to make choices that will result in poor outcomes for their babies, such as using tobacco, alcohol, or drugs.

You’re not alone!  According to The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), between 14-23% of women will struggle with some symptoms of depression during pregnancy.

Talk to your doctor or healthcare professional if you aren’t feeling like yourself.

Natrona County has many resources to help you, whether it’s dealing with stress or a more serious mental health issue.
